Gloria D. Hall as preservationist and public art administrator will work with Abby Kelley Foster Task Force comprised of representative from the Worcester Women History Project in partnership with the City of Worcester to create an Abby Kelley Foster Commemorative Sculpture.

The project will commemorate the work of abolitionist and social justice activist and advocate Abby Kelley Foster within the historic context of the 19 the century. Intentionality will be given to the creation of a work relevant in the 21 st century.  The project was placed on hold by City of Worcester in July, 2019.
